Eligibility
Due to the nature of research materials, returns are limited. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Process
To initiate a return inquiry, email research@peprxlabs.com with your order number and details. Approved returns will be processed once received and inspected.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Exclusions
Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
